I’m a mother a two boys and a dog (yes, he is family) writing about the joys and tribulations of life and embracing the full catastrophe: making space for both victories and defeats that we all face in the short time we spend on this planet.
My blog’s name was inspired by the book Full Catastrophe Living by John Kabatz-Zinn. In my own life the catastrophe has included the pain of seeing loved ones get sick and go, a battle with anxiety and the struggles of being a migrant… of leaving a tight knit family and moving half way across the globe.
I’m passionate about mindfulness, social justice, being a mother, finding a good book and good friends and will be sharing my reflections on these topics.
Thanks for reading.
